Quality checks don't replace a smart start.

Whenever one publishes information using WebMS, the software verifies that the formats, amounts and completeness of the contribution comply with the site's grammar.
Thus, most of the usual web production quality problems (missing images and titles, incomplete data, non-compliant references to dependencies...) are resolved beforehand, at the source.

The consequence of this is that less quality checks must be performed, while, at the same time, the overall quality of the site is globally enhanced.
